Cancellation and Refund: Astrojod.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Astrojod.com does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

7. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Once the report is delivered to customer, no refund shall be made.
• All eligible refunds shall be made within seven business days from the date of receipt of request. However, the same is subject to transaction and processing time taken by bank/payment gateway.
• In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
• All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by ASTROJOD.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.

Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy Product

• All printable products including ASTROJOD Big Horoscope, ASTROJOD Year Book, Trikal Samhita and Janam Patri are non-returnable.
• If the customer found product in damaged/defective/broken condition, customer may apply for replacement or refund. For this customer may mail at mail@ASTROJOD.com within two days of delivery of product. No refund shall be entertained after expiry of two days from the date of delivery of product.
• All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Customer need to register dispute by sending email to mail@ASTROJOD.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 2 days of delivery. Disputes registered after two days of delivery may not be entertained by sellers.
• In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
• All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by ASTROJOD.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable. However, no recovery of above mentioned shall be made if refund is due to damaged/defective/ broken product.

8. MEMBER BEHAVIOR AND RESTRICTIONS; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: Your right to use the Services is personal to You. THE LIABILITY OF ASTROJOD.com AND ITS SUPPLIERS TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR WEBSITE, THE SERVICES, OUR PRIVACY POLICY, OR THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) $100.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT: You acknowledge that the Content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or distributed via email, commercially produced information presented to Member by ASTROJOD.com, its suppliers, and/or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You are not permitted to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from the Content unless expressly authorized by ASTROJOD.com, its suppliers, or advertisers.

13. NOTICES. Except as otherwise stated in these Terms of Service, all notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via email or snail mail. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after an email is sent, or 3 days after deposit in the snail mail to ASTROJOD.com.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the Indian Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the Indian Law, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Bikaner in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India and venue in Bikaner, Rajasthan for any such proceeding.

GENERAL PROVISIONS: These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any choice of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state. (2) In addition to answering your specific queries, you will also receive an astrological chart. (3) Rest assured that the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. (4) Astrological analysis is available via email. The horoscope and astrological report will be sent to you by email. (5) For inquiries regarding love life, married life, family life, and childbirth, the analysis of both partners' horoscopes or the horoscopes of the husband and wife will be required. In such cases, the consultation fees will be doubled. (6) Astrological consultations via phone or VoIP will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time and day. (7) Being an online astrology services does not mean that Astrojod.com is available on the internet 24x7. Therefore, after sending us an email, please allow some time for a response. (8) Occasionally, due to personal circumstances, Astrojod.com may need to take a few days off. (9) In extremely rare cases, if Astrojod.com’s Astrologers has to go on leave immediately after charging a fee from clients due to an urgent situation that requires an extended break, we will offer a refund to those clients. (10) Due to the high volume of horoscope analysis requests received from clients around the world, it is not feasible to process all of them immediately after payment. Therefore, please understand that some patience is required after making your payment. (11) After sending your inputs via email, please allow some time for a response. If you do not receive a reply within a few days, you can send a reminder email, mentioning that you have already submitted your inputs. (12) In the event of any issues, we may request proof of your payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction web page or a soft copy of the receipt. Please attach these documents to an email. (13) We will notify you via email upon receiving your payment. If the payment is received between 6 am to 6 pm (IST or Indian Standard Time), you will be informed of its receipt within 6 hours. Previous horoscopes do not serve as evidence for the accuracy of birth details, as the information entered may also be incorrect if the previous astrologer did not inquire thoroughly.
